For uncertain sends, check the saved status using the original payload and nonce before retrying unchanged. Logout does not revoke independent connections. Login recovery does not recreate lost encryption keys.

Relay provides no guaranteed response time, uptime or emergency-response service. Installation or event delivery alone does not establish automatic agent startup.
